Veggie Pizza a La Outdoor Barbecue Grill!

Chef Jason Neuhaus from Hy-Vee Asbury Plaza has the kids make a fabulous pizza from scratch and our bountiful harvest of vegetables and herbs from our very own garden. And get this! We bake it on an outdoor barbecue grill using a pizza stone.

In this episode we introduce the kids to some new things... egg plant, which is a great protien sustitute for meat on pizza, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, and cale. kale is a leafy green lettuce-like vegetable that is loaded with nutrients.
