How the Graphics
Storehouse works
Jefferson
Junior High School welcomes you to our Jefferson Graphics Storehouse.
This is where you can come to download all kinds of excellent graphics
for whatever purpose you may have. There are high resolution graphics
embedded in a Microsoft Word document ready to customize and print,
and stand-alone logos for you or your vendors to use for placement in
a document, imprinting on sportswear, promotional items, etc.
All
you have to do to download a graphic is click on it. If it's a jpg file,
it will deploy in your browser from where you can right click (on the
Mac, it's click and hold) and you will have the option to save your
graphic to a file on your hard drive or a network folder on your local
area network. It's that easy. Graphics can then be opened in PhotoShop
or a similar image editing program where they can be reformatted, resized
and converted from RGB to CMYK for four color process. The Word documents
feature imbedded logos. The documents will launch in Word automatically
on your computer if you have that program. Once the file opens on your
desktop, you can click, copy and paste the logo from one document to
another. For example, the logo in the header of the Word file can be
copied and pasted into a PowerPoint program, resized, and used over
and over again in one form or another.
