Wednesday, March 28

7:15 p.m. Load Busses at Senior High School

8:00 p.m. Depart for Virginia Beach

Breaks every 3-4 hours enroute for meals (not included in tour fees) and restroom stops

Thursday, March 29

9:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)

Arrive at Colonial Inn, Virginia Beach

Check in, swim

11:30 p.m. Curfew/Bed Check

12:00 a.m. Lights Out

Friday, March 30

Depending on the schedule for performance, performing groups will leave the hotel at various times for the performance venues. Some chaperones will accompany the students to the performances. While not performing, students will have the opportunity to spend time on the beach or take tours of the Naval Base Museums. Chaperones will accompany students to all tours and beach time.

11:00 a.m. Concert/Varsity/Freshman Choir performance

11:50 a.m. Jazz (Chamber) Choir performance

Lunch on your own (not included in tour fees)

1:50 p.m. Orchestra performance

4:10 p.m. Concert Band performance

7:00 p.m. Swing Band performance

8:00 p.m. Guided Ghost Tours of Williamsburg Graveyards

11:30 p.m. Curfew/Bed Check

Tour Smithsonian museums/galleries and/or Holocaust Museum
