Of course you can make your own ice cream, frozen custard, or what have you. All you need are some eggs, cream, and it helps a lot to have one of those relatively inexpensive electric ice cream makers that our chef, Jim Terry, happens to have. And the culinary possibilities are endless in terms of what you can combine to make special flavors, especially dozens of chocolates, fresh fruits, etc.
