Special Board Meeting

November 30, 2009

President Krueger called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Forum with the following members present: Beytien, Brannon, Davis, Krueger, Loeppke, Mennig, Stephens. Additional officers of the Board present: Godinez, Lucas. Executives present: Holm

Moved (Beytien) and seconded to enter closed session pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(1)(j) to discuss the purchase of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the governmental body would have to pay for that property. Motion carried 7-0. [Time-6:30 p.m.]

Moved (Loeppke) and seconded to reinstate the rules of order and return to regular session. Motion carried 7-0. [Time-8:31 p.m.]

President Krueger declared the meeting adjourned at 8:31 p.m.
