SCHOOL BOARD » STRATEGIC PLAN On November 27, 2012, the Dubuque Community School District Board of Education approved a new strategic plan to focus the district’s work into the future. The plan is designed to create and maximize the synergy between five key areas: student achievement, student development, community engagement, effective resource management and employee excellence. The plan will begin rolling out in upcoming weeks and progress will be reported to the Board of Education on a regular basis.
